Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time All Oxidizer products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. This is in addition to the shipping time listed below.
Shipping Times & Rates
Canada
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $12.00 CAD
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $20.00 CAD
United States
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): rates calculated at checkout
International
- Shipping times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Duties & Taxes For orders shipped within Canada, duties and import taxes may be assessed upon delivery by your local carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Oxidizer at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Split Shipments Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped in separate packages. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
Shipping Delays Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Oxidizer is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
